About Me
An experienced coach and facilitator, I graduated from an ICF accredited course from Coaching Development and hold neuroscience qualification.
Having worked as strategy consultant, investment banker, project manager and investor, I fully appreciate the commercial challenges, organisational context and people dynamics my clients face. Clients found my coaching to be impactful and insightful.
Focusing on the clients and their topics, I help them to hone in on the underlying issues. As a result, clients gain deep insights into their situations and themselves, grow as a person and professional, and achieve substantial tangible results.
Having grown up in the East and the West and worked in Europe, Asia and US for over 30 years, I'm attuned to the cultural differences and help my clients to thrive in different cultures. Currently living in London, I coach and deliver workshops in English, Mandarin and Cantonese in person and online.
As a bronze medallist in South East Asian Games in Judo, an avid sportswoman and a regular meditator, I bring insights into the working of the mind and peak performance and help my clients to reach flow.
